Unable to delete multiple service lines per hierar

Hi,

We are on SRM 7.1 ECS.

The issue we are facing is when a service item(hierarchy item) is added

to a shopping cart and if the actual service item(line item and not the

hoerarchy) is copied using the "DUPLICATE" button,then the error

message "More than one sub item per hiercrachy is not allowed" is

displayed but the DELETE button is disabled for the copied line item so

that it can be deleted.

is this a std bug?

Hi ,

If you are using SRM and not SRM PPS system then Shopping carts doesn't support service hierarchy. ie services within outlines.
