Upgrade stuck in Downtime phase

Hi,

I am in the process of doing an EP release upgrade and my upgrade got stuck up in the DOWNTIME, in the below phase.,

RUN_OFFLINE_MIGRATION_TEST_CONTROLLERS.

Please tell me what is this phase and how can i fix this issue.? Earliest response is appreciated.

Usually in this phase, user management engine(UME) try to connect to abap stack and it is failed to do so...

Please apply the fix as suggested in SAPNOTE : Note 1552826

It's and issue with UME followed the SAP NOTE # 1552826, and upgrade is active now.
