Information required on pallet label with Bar code printing via Smartforms

Hello Experts,

I would like to know if any one have worked on development for Pallets printing with bar codes through SAP Smartforms.

A step-by-step document would help. Also how to keep the smartform page format as DINA A5 for labels.

I have done something similar. The paper size in smartforms is static, so you can set DINA A5 in the smartform settings.

To include a barcode, you should use a barcode font, and set it up in transaction smartstyles to some text type you are using in your smartform.

Wanted to know for example if we want to display material, Qty, Material type, shipping point on a single barcode. Is this possible?

Or do barcodes are designed in such way that one barcode can represent only one field?

you're going to supply one field or data string to a barcode....generally, if the data is to combine values, one declares a data variable and concatentates or places individual field values into that output data variable. Then that variable is suppled to the program / object generating the barcode.
