We are in process of implementing Project (Engineering & Construction) Closeout process wherein requirement is to create an approval process for various phases of Project close out viz. Mechanical completion, Final handing over and Asset cap certificate.
Business process is more or less same for all the phases, wherein a task would be required to be created with preconfigured workflow. Endresult of this workflow would be a formoutput of each phase (in form of certificates).
My queries are:
1. Is above process possible using CProject?
2. In one of the certificate i.e. Asset cap. Certificate we need to pull WBS cost from R/3 into formoutput. Is it possible?
3. In workflow, approvers should have flexibility of taking comments from others before approving/ rejecting the handover phase. Is it possible ?
