stability study

Dear ALL,

We are going to implement stability study , we have done configuration , now when I am creatinf notification with material and in that while creating initail sample system shows me Error "the function you selected can n't be carried out ".

When I checked the detail info i got the system status OSNO outstanding notification"and status no- ACTV stability study Active.

I have checkd stutus profile which same exactly as we have in development server ( in development server I am not getting this error)

Stutus profile's all indicators are same as dev server.

Pl. guide me to come out from this issue.

Hi

check the Status profile both quality notification as well as Quality stability both in SPRO, second user status will be ACTV CRIS than system allow to create the initial sample
