The detailed suggestion appearing as below:
Diagnosis
The WIP for WBS SG-100058-PS has not been cleared.
System Response
WBS SG-100058-PS cannot be deleted.
Procedure
Calculate the WIP for WBS SG-100058-PS so that it can be cleared. Then settle WBS SG-100058-PS, including the cleared WIP in the settlement.
question:
1. How to know the amount that is pending for WIP posting?
2. what does it mean by settling the WBS including the cleared WIP?
I tried to look in the previous threads but could not find a suitable solution
Thanks & Regards,
Ram.
Hello RAM
You could set the message KO450 to a warning ?
Also program COPCOBJ_REORGCHECK from 421710 can be run
to see what values are stopping the WBS been deleted.
You could also read 140672 or note 421376 ?
I hope this information helps

Hi,
This is because settlement is not done. Some cost is lying on WBS.
So you run result analysis which will calculate POC and then save it.
Now maintain settlement rule for WBS element for which you have run KKA2. Then settle it with CJ88 so that error will not come again.

Hi Ram,
When we run the tcode kka2 . WIP and COS is calulated based on the result analysis method. To clear the WIP you goto run the kka2 and see that all the cost is COS . To do this we have different options. Change status of the wbs to teco and run the kka2 tcode. Then all the cost in wbs will be in COS. Now do the settlement. Goto transaction for the Result analysis line items and check whether wip is zero.
Thanking you
