PDF Printing Issue

Hi All,

We are facing a unique issue with our check printing process. We generate the checks as PDF spool using Payment Medium Workbench. When we try to print the spool, the printing errors out with the message "Error in Translation"- we use HPOM as the printing solution middleware.

However, this issue doesn't crop up when I generate smaller spools of 3/4 pages. When the spool size is higher, then I encounter this error and the entire spool fails.

What could be the reason for this?

Try to search for OSS Notes on "spool limitations" or "PDF limitations". Are you using Adobe Forms? If so, I remember seeing somewhere there is a huge drawback in performance when you have a PDF with a big number of pages. That might be related as well.
