Product Category Tree not expanding at any root node

I have uploaded a list of UNSPC codes with the parent id field properly maintained.

When I try to select the Product Category from value help - a popup windows opens up. The root nodes (for which a child exists) of the tree hierarchy have a [+] sign before them.

However, when I try to click on the [+] sign the page blanks out.

Any suggestions as to what the issue may be.

Hi Raghav,

To troubleshoot I would start with the log file. You should hopefully see errors in log.

Let us know what you see.

Hi Raghav,

We are also facing the same problem with the product category search. And couldnt find any solution anywhere. Can you please share your solution if SAP has provided any?

Jst wanted to confirm with you before raising an OSS note.

SAP has reverted back in OSS saying it will be fixed in the latest patch of SP2. They did not confirm the exact patch number
