spcial character # in PO output preview insted of space

Hi,

While going into output preview instead of spaces in the vendor address we are getting special characters " # " in place of space.

Can anyone suggest the appropriate note for the above program bug.

1494667 SMARTFORM: Special characters are not printed corre

1560259 '#' characters in print preview
