How to make Internal and External Order Static in SAP PMS

HI,

My WBS Element is static due to we are belongs from oil and gas industry through knowing rig wise income and expences.When We are going to make service order with reference of external order which are created from PM module. we have enter cost center and WBS in service order and getting error "Enter only one true account assignment"

Please suggest how we will solve it.

Hi,

You alredy mentioned that your WBS element is statistic and actual cost collector is cost center.

So you have to maintin onle one true a/c assignment as WBS. sysem is giving erro because you are maintaing both cost center and WBs element.

While bokking the cost only stastical posting will happen on WBs element.

Where do you want to see your costs? is it in Cost Center or WBS element?.

As per your business requirement you can input either CC or WBS but system does not permit to have two account assignment objects.

The error itself is self explanatory. Maintain either a cost center or a WBS and then check.
