Hi
I just want to check if the Idoc is sending all fields, the middleware, which is not PI, is not receiving all records. It gets only control records.
I am trying to check if all the fields are coming into PI. I did the basic settings and tried to trigger the Idoc to PI. It's not coming from WE19.
The idoc should come if I do just the SM59, WE20 and WE21 transactions in ECC and the SM59 and IDX1 in PI. I have not done the ESR and ID part as I just want the Idoc to come and fail in the pipeline steps, still I can find out the Idoc values in MONI.
Is this approach correct or should I create an entire dummy scenario ? Is that why I am not able to receive Idoc in PI?

I am successfully triggering MATMAS idoc to MDM through PI. However for this particular Idoc they are not using XI and they are getting errors. They asked me to check if the Idoc comes to XI with all segments.
I am now able to get all segments when triggered through WE19.
But when its triggered through ABAP Transactions from ECC, it's going to the other midleware. So If I disable the other middleware I guess then it will come to XI instantly, right?

Hi,
Before to switch off (!!) the other middleware... WHY you do not use transaction BD10 instead of WE19?
With BD10, you will be able to send Material IDoc to the selected target partner ! So no more problem to send idoc to the wrong system.

P.S: After your tests, a day, you should configure correctly your ALE config... and if currently the other middleware receives idocs, it's because it's defined in your distribution model (SM59), and in your Partner Profile (WE20).
