Change of Message Type GMMASTERDATA023

Hello Experts

When i am trying to enter the transaction through T.Code FB50 with Grant number ( Here i would like to use the Fund value from the table GMGFUND through manual input instead of FMDERIVE derivation rule). I am getting the error message as " GMMASTERDATA023". I would like to change the error message to warning message.

Kindly share the procedure for change of this message type and also share if any side effects you aniticipate based on your experience.

My requirement is, how we can change the message type from Error to Warning

Hi, as far as I remember you can use funds from Dimensions tab in grand master data, check which value there

I have got the solutions.. changed the option in FMDERIVE .. from overwrite the value to "don't overwrite the value when the value is exit"
