Reason of Rejection

Hi Experts,

We have a scenario, where the system allows the users to set reason of rejection for a return item category in return sales orders even when the return deliveries are processed. This does not happen with other tiem categories.

Please guide me on all the possible causes of this issue.

check your user exit if control is there.
