Dear Expert,

Please help me on following issue. Our client wants to implement S&OP with following requirement.

1. IT enablement of S&OP process (demand planning à dispatch planning à inventory norming à production planning à RM planning

2. KPIs and dashboard should be computed from system and requisite exception reports to be auto generated

3 . IT team to enable Zonal Data Analyst with relevant inputs from SAP and also assist with IT tools to compute the required information

4 . IT enablement of formats defined for To Be S&OP process

5. Computation of inventory norms u2013 FG & RM
