Issue on 175842 SAP Note: quantity not available on inspection lot reversed

Hi Gurus,

after 175842 SAP Note application (Inspection lot: Reversal of goods movements from UD), we encountered the following error: the stock is correctly posted and reversed, but the inspection lot is not re-opened (the quantity reversed is not available in the inspection stock selected during stock posting by QA11)

Please help me to fix it

Check & make necessory OMJJ settings.

Hi Mahee,

we don't want to reverse UD (as said in QEVA0008 exit), but only re-assign the stock reversed (as a conseguence of 175842 report execution) to the same inspection lot, in order to proceed with the correct posting in QA11

The 175842 Note tells:

If it is possible to post this document in the stock management, the inspection lot is also corrected and, if required, the Quality Management Information System is updated. After the reset has been successfully carried out, the inspection lot, related to the stocks, has the status that it had before the first stock credit entry.

Said that, we think that the quantity wrongly posted in the first moment, reversed with 175842 report implemented, should be newly available on the inspection lot reversed, as indicated in the note above
