Good day SAP DSM Gurus, i have got 2 questions
1) Iam new in SAP DMS, how do i lock and unlock a Document in SAP Easy Document Management?
2) How do i release a Document and what are the implications of releasing a document?

Was the first issue of lock/unlock resolved?
Hi Sifisubukhosi,
if i understand you correctly you can use Check in Original (Green right arrow icon ) for lock and unlock originals.

Thank you for the response. if i use the check in arrow, i get an error message: "The file does not exist in the checked out path, it might have been deleted or not downloaded at all when it was checked out"
Check the attributes of the document status(DC10) that you putting in and the workstation application for doc type(DC30).
