Order Summarization

Hi Experts,

I have problem during testing Order Summarization with Classification as follow:

After I assign characteristic to a Network, and then I create hierarchy following:

Lv1: Controlling Area

Lv2: Project

Lv3: Characteristic A

After that I already execute data collecting by using T-code: KKRS

However, when I execute report for this hierarchy, there were no record that was selected "No records were selected"

Please help me in this case.

I think this is a question for financial control thread?

But I can share the following with you

Read note 339863.

In ERP2004 its not recommend the use the Order Summarization with

Classification any more.

You can also read note 365775 - Its not recommended to

use the order number as a hierarchy level.

This could lead into a duplication of the data but not in a summarization.

Also when using the reporting functionality

Within order summarization (or CO summarization) it is not

possible to do reporting with multiple objects at once.

It is only supported with one object for the selection.

So you could use other reports instead.

Maybe report RKKBALV1 can be used or some of the delivered report writer reports.

(report RKKBALV1 can not be used for production orders but only for sales orders)

Also you can create your own report writer reports based on CCSS.

This should allow to do the reporting you want to do.
