Hi Everyone,
I need some advice whether it is possible to create support messages from Solution Manager's web interface? Is this possible? If this is possible, the client would be able to create support messages without having to install anything (saprouter, GUI etc...)

It is possable to create a message from the web gui have a look at spro->SAP Solution Manager->Scenario-Specific setting -> Service desk -> General setting -> Set up message creation via web browser.

Hi,
You can create support messages in the CRM WebClient or the Netweaver Business Client. Both options will not require a user to install a GUI.
The CRM WebClient should be under the following address: http://[HOST]:[Port]/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm
The Netweaver Business Client: http://[Host]:[Port]/sap/bc/nwbc/
