Alternative to SE63 for Mass Translations of Smart Forms

Hello,

Moving Smart Forms from Global System to local Systems (China, Japan, Portugal, etc).

How to get them Auto Translated apart from Using T-Code SE63 (Translation: Initial Screen)?

As there are many Smart Forms and there is a Time constraint doing Translation from SE63.
