Crystal Server 2011 Universe has 5000 record limit?

Hello Experts,

I have created a Universe with the information design tool that is querying a single table with ~650,000 records. However when ever I query the universe from a report I am only returning the top 5000 results and I can not seem to fix this. I have unchecked the maximum rows flag on the query in the report and still only 5000 records are returned.

Any ideas, If this can't work we will have to abandon universe style reporting and go back to standard ODBC which is still working and returning the full data set.

Hi,

The default maximum number of rows for any universe is 5000.

Your universe designer has to change this (Universe, Parameters, Controls)
