Perodic Audit of Vendors

Dear Experts,

We want to have perodic audit of vendors every six months, how to map in sap system, also if perodic audit is not ok, vendor should be sent audit report, and successive 3 failure in vendor audit, vendor should be blocked immediately.

Please suggest how to achieve this.

Hi,

You can use SAP audit management. You can create vendor evaluation audit types and plan,evaluate,track your audits.

We can generate reports based on the audit.

additionaly you can activate inspection type 07 (audit inspection) for this purpose. Generate periodic inspection lot manually & record result against it. If 3 lots fails for same vendor then use q-info record to block the vendor.
