I'm unable to reject Change request in CHARM (Solution Manager).
When I click on action...i'm getting "There are no actions in the worklist". Any suggestions.
Hi,
can you give more details please. What Solution Manager version (7.0 / 7.1)?
Do you use your own transaction types or the standard types?

Its Solution Manager 7.0 and using standard transaction.
Clarification on previous reply, I was able to approve/reject other CRs other than one CR. which I'm getting above error message.
Link to screen shot of error message.
Maybe the Change Request, which cannot be approved/rejected by you, is assigned to another IBASE-component or is created with another subject (e.g. development correction instead of urgent correction).
You need corresponding authorization roles for the project (created for the Ibase component) and the different subjects.
Did you start transaction SU53 directly after getting the message concerning missing authorizations / directly after approving or rejecting the Change Request?
You will get more details about the authorization objects, which don't fit.
best regards
Horst

Check if there are no authorization issues - transaction st01 - start the trace and then perform your action. check if there are rc <> 0.
Another idea might be the two-man-rule in the customizing. Check if your bp is stored in the message. Remove all of them, save and then try to execute the action again.

Are you able to approve a change request?
Then I would check the authorizations:
a) reject another change request
b) check authorizations via SU53
