Deliveries that are confirmed in APO but are not any more in SAP-ERP

Hi,

I am dong the cofnirmation process uing GATP of APO.

For product A I have got 2 quantities in stock that are confirmed by APO for a delivery (note: in transaction CO09 it does not show the sales order any more and these to quantities are confirmed for the delivery 9999). The issue is that if you go to transaction md04 it does not show that delivery and in SAP ERP the delivery is not any more.

Is there any way in APO that I can disconfirm these 2 quantities assgined to the delivery 99999?

Note: I already run the transactions for consistency checks and do not show any errors.

Hi,

Is the delivery for a sales order or PO?

Please check if the parent document corresponding to the sales order is open in R/3.

If it is closed in R/3, do a CCR for S.O / PO, you will get an entry with "Missing in R/3". delete this.

If you are not able to do the above, you can remove the confirmation qty for the delivery using /SAPAPO/BOPI transaction.

But you need to investigate this further.
