Intercompany debit memo

HI, gurus,

could you please help me in following question. There is field "SD document category" (VBTYP) in billing document type customizing (tr. VOFA).

I need to customize Intercompany debit memo. But there is no category for it in VBTYP. So there is category 6 - Intercompany credit memo and P - Debit memo (ordinary , not Intercompany) but there is no Intercompany debit memo.

So what is the right category for it?

Hi

In VOFA ,for SD document category feild (VBTYP) you need to use P - Debit memo only for For intecompany debit memo.

thank you for your answer. And what category should be set for cancellation of Intercompany debit memo - N-Invoice cancellation or 6-Intercompany credit memo?

Hi

For Cancellation of Intercompany Debit memo , you can use the same category which will be there for debit memo.
