Hi folks,
somebody told me that starting with release ORACLE 11.3 it is possible to encrypt the whole SAP database. Not only a few tables or tablespaces like it is specified in note 974876. Has anybody some more informations for me about this topic?
Thanks a lot
Jochen
Hi Jochen,

Latest release is 11.2 and I didn't hear about 11.3

A few tablespaces created by the standard SAP installations. So if you activate TDE for all tablespaces, whole database will be encrypted. Find the related document, below;
