Condition type issue

D Friends,

The requirement of the business is as follows:

1. There is only one condition type e.g. ZZ01 Condition Class A Disct/ Surcharge.

2. There are 2 pricing procedures: PP1 and PP2

3. They want that in pric procd PP1 condition ZZ01 should be determined automatically by the condition record and should be non-editable in the Sales Order.

4. But in pric procd PP2 the same condition ZZ01 should be defaulted and editable in the Sales Order.

Can we control this scenario? Pls suggest.

Thanks a lot.

Hi R S,

-- It is not possible to do with the same condition type ZZ01.

--You have copy the same condition type ZZ01 & rename it as ZZ02

--Assign the ZZ01 to PP1 procedure & ZZ02 to PP2 Procedure

--Select ZZ01 Condition type in V/06 under manual entries Select D- Automatic entry has priority

--Select ZZ02 Condition type under manual entries Select C -Manual entry has priority

Let me know if your problem is solved

Regards

Pradeep

Hi,

Use a write a Routine and place it in pricing procedure.

In that routine condition should be in display mode in that perticuler PP.Otherwise It is not possible by standard SAP as suggested by Experts above.

Thank you.

Dear R S

As per understanding your question , You can fix this issue with slight modification.

You go to v/06 and for the condition type ZZ01 you change the naming convention possibly yy01 and one of these condition types make not possible to process manually and amount /percentage and value should be de activated in order to be not editable of the amount.

Insert these condition types in respective procedures.

Please let me know if you have any further clarifications

Thanks&Regards

Hi,

For both the pricing procedures, for the condition type if you maintain the price condition records, then in pricing, this price will be pulled from condition records and get defaulted in sales order.

For your other requirement ( editable/non editable), you have to create a similar copy of your condition type ZZ01 say ZZ02.

In your first procedure PP1, assign the condition type ZZ01 and in the Changes which can be made section, in the field Manual Entries mark it as 'No limitations'

In the second procedure, PP2, assign condition type ZZ02 to PP2, and in the condition type ZZ02, mark the manual entries field as 'D" - Not possible to process manually

Please check and see if this helps.

Thanks,

Hi,

This is not possible if you are using single condition type. Since this is controlled by the field "Manual Entries" in V/06. Since you can maintain only one value here only one setting is possible

either C = Manual Entry has priority/ Blank= No Limitations.

Or D = Not possible to process manually

Hence suggest to use two different condition types for your requirement.
