Hi Sandip,

Stamp:detaiils showing doc type, doc status, who has open, doc no,version, date and time

Basic stamp utility available in SAP DMS markup and redlining feature.

Digital Sign:with respect to approval (system should ask user name and password while approvig)

Available in SAP DMS.Needs to be turned on/configured.

Water mark:for the status (Draft/approved)

For customized water marks, you may want to look at external products. Eg:SEAL systems.

If a original in a DIR is processed using ECL viewer(assuming appropriate WS application customization is setup ),there are markup and redlining options enabled. In the redlining tool, there is a 'Stamp' utility that you may use to capture comments.
