SAPOSCOL not showing Historical DATA

Hello Gurus,

I am facing a problem while trying to see Historical data using T-CODE OS07N

This is a NW system 7.01

Kernel version 701 patch set 150

This is Saposcol Version COLL 21.03 720 - AIX v12.51 5L-64 bit 110419

When I select all the LPARS for this for my BI system it shows all zeroes.

I have chkd the status of saposcol. It's running.

What can I do more to make sure that I get to see the Historical data from last 30 days.

Your help is highly appreciated.

Did you check dev_coll trace?

Additionally, execute the "saposcol -d" under <sid>adm user and execute the command, below on saposcol dialog mode;

dump cpu

One more thing is, execute the command sequence below on the saposcl dialog mode

clean
kill
launch
