Functioning of Over and underdelivery talerence

Hello,

If the over and underdelivery tolerence is used in a sales order items, does SAP close the items automatically if the delivery for the item is made within tolerence limits? If not how to achieve that?

Hi,

You can control the system behaviour for over deliveries in delivery item category t.code: 0vlp

Maintain A or B in the Field Over delivery. based on the selection system processes the over deliveries.

Hi Sharan,

Thanks for the reply. But here I am more concerned about underdeliveries. The business requirement is, if 90% of the quantity ordered is delivered, item should not be considered for next planning run.

Any idea?

Try this.

Go to OVAH, select V4-071 and change it to "E" from W in the last tab.
