Deficit of BA St. in QI prev.

Dear All,

We need to reverse the production of 12100 kgs posted on 31/10/2011 thru CORS.

As this stock is in unrestricted. On 2/11/2011 QA dept has reverse the UD. Now the stock is in QI on 2/11/2011.

When we tried to revrse the production(CORS) we get the following error :

Deficit of BA St. in QI prev. 12,100 KG : 09010100028 RIN1 FG01 #D10110028

How to correct this error?

How does quality reversed the stock from UR to QI?

Have they applied SAP note or done by Mb1b-->322 by activating 08 inspection type?

How QA Dept reversed the UD? Is it with note 175842 or just by transfer posting with some mvmt type (309, 301 etc).

If it is reversed with SAP note 175842 ie RQEVAC50, then it should allow the reversal of GR. Also, Just check the reversal date of production. It should be 31/10/2011.

Also Check the storage location.
