BC set Activation

HI Gurus

I need to execute the SAP Best practice scenario D85: Engagement Management with Project Controlling. Need help in activating the BC set and how to do that. I know it is done by Basis but still any steps for SD functionals.

As BC Sets, only customizing data can be captured. So, there is hardly any role of functional consultant.

After BC sets are applied to the system, functional consultant can go for preapartion any master data related updation or changes or creation for desired functionality and going further go test run process desired.
