Hi,

even if the problem is already solved on your side...

We have had the same error message again yesterday. I checked everything several times...AISUSER entries, authorizations of S-User in SMP, ...

In our VAR scenario we use the 'Single RFC' functionality. That means, that in V_AISAPCUSTNOS we maintained as responsible 'Processor' our VAR SAP debitor number and below 'Link' value 'VAR Customer Processed by VAR'. With this settings for all customers only one RFC connection to SAP OSS is needed to forward tickets. Within this RFC connection a S-User from the VAR is used.

That works fine for all customers and it worked fine for this specific customer in the past too.

The reason why for the current ticket we got the above mentioned error message was:

The customer system, for which the ticket was created, has no 'Supported By' relationship in SAP Service Marketplace. For all other customer systems our VAR is shown as 'Supported By', but for this system nothing is maintained.

After I created a customer individual RFC (with a customer S-user) and removing the VAR assignment in V_AISAPCUSTNOS, I was able to forward the ticket without problems to SAP.

Regards

Thomas

Please use a valid s-user in RFC Destination : SAP-OSS in SM59.

Please follow below steps:

- SM59 > SAP-OSS > Logon and security tab >

So please maintain the valid s-user here instead of OSS_RFC.

Please check below Wiki and see if AISUSER entries are correct in your

system or not:

Thanks
