Tax Classification In sales document

HI,

My client has around 100 tax codes, they want to chose region wise tax classification in sales document item, if the customer is belongs to 13 (Mumbai) in tax classification only Mumbai region tax classifications has to display, if customer belongs to different region only particular region tax classification has to display, Please help me how it is possible

In my opinion you might need to add REGION as field to tax condtion type access, apart from material & customer tax classification.

Hello,

Tax Classification boxes are present in Sales Order at Header Level & Item Level.

At Header Level it flows from Customer Master (&it is applicable for all the line Items in Sales order).

Item Level Tax Classification codes are proposed from Material Master.

Now say a Customer belonng to Mumbai, in Customer Master - Sales Area - Billing Document Tab maintain the required Regional Tax Code & the Same will flow in Sales Order at Header Level.

Hi,

we are using Standard tax classification for Sales document Header, in item level we are changing tax classification, suppose Tax classification 2 is for VAT, we have different tax classifications for different region, if customer belongs to Mumbai region on Mumbai region tax classifications has to display,because there are 100 tax classifications around, I added region field in Access sequence, i maintained condition records for VAT condition type with Region, but tax classification is showing all tax classifications, my client want only Particular Tax classification has to display in the tax classification box

Have you referred to J Prakash' suggestion above? I believe it would also help you by using Region in Acces Sequence.
