Hi

Can anyone please tell me the details of authorizations (authorization Object with values) should be given to support team (DMS) who will join after Go-Live.

Hi,

I feel the support team should have all the authorization pertaining to DMS transactions. Specifically CV03n, CV04n, CV11,CV12,OAC3,OACT,OAC2 etc.

Harris,

Authorizations are maintained in roles t-code PFCG. Basis team can help you in this, while creating roles maintain document types,document status,authorization groups and activities ( create,change,display,print).

Now you can create different roles as per user's requirement like Create, Display roles different.
