ID Cache is not updated properly

Hi Guys,

In Integration Directory Cache Instance - Mapping Runtime cache(central adapter engine) showing as status "Cache update not yet started "

and i am getting message as Cache instance is successfully notified about the change, but has not yet started content update.

i tried option "repeat cache update for instance" , but still its showing as grey colour as status "Cache update not yet started ", it should be always green colour as " cache update completed successfully ".

can any one pls help on how to resolve this issue..

Try a complete CPACache refresh first.
