Problem deleting authentication using the Logoff Page

Hi guys,

I'm trying to delete the authentication by following this: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/fc/04a5421935c511e10000000a1550b0/content.htm.

I do not know why is not working. I even tried the example to close the window, but when I test it and click the button, it does not respond. It is like javascript is not being recognized (I've tried with different browsers).

I'm just trying to create a logout button, but the only thing I've accomplished is to close the window after the button is clicked by adding the parameter close_window to the exit plug.

Please advise.

I have followed all those links and nothing. I have inserted the same code that is in the "Explicit Response Page Body" of the "Logoff Page" into a local HTML file, and it works. When that code is executed through my web dynpro application, internet explorer says "Error on Page".

Is there some kind of configuration to activate JavaScript or something?

Please see this thread and it looked like that it worked for him on IE 7.
