Hi

Are all the components on the same SP release (ABAP, Java and XI)? This is a requirement.

Do you get any errors in the SLDCHECK transaction?

Hi

When i run SLDCHECK it shows as follows

Exchange Infrastructure: Test LCR Connection

Properties of RFC destination SAPSLDAPI

RFC host:

%%RFCSERVER%%

program id: SAPSLDAPI_PI7

gateway host:

wfdmdibmsrv

gateway service: sapgw04

Testing the RFC connection to the SLD java client...

RFC ping was successful

SLD server access settings:

host name: wfdmdibmsrv

port number: 50400

user : SLD_CL_PI7

Use transaction SLDAPICUST if you wish to maintain the SLD server access data

Launching the SLD GUI in a separate browser window...

=> Verify in the browser GUI that the SLD is in a healthy running state!

Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS

Retrieving data from the SLD server...

Function call returned exception code 4

=> Check whether the SLD is running!

Summary: Connection to SLD does not work

=> Check SLD function and configurations

Hi

What SP release are you on? Do you have any problems accessing the Exchange Profile? Any problems accessing the RWB?

Hi,

I had checked my ABAP,Basis and JAVA SP level does not match.I tried to deploy the java stack through JSPM but when i enter user as J2EE_ADMIN and master password it is saying

cannot Logon

Possible reasons: - The password you have entered is incorrect. Enter a correct password.

- AS Java is not running. Start the AS Java and try again.

Kindly Help...

Hi,

From the error above, looks like your Java stack is not up and running.

Since your j2ee_admin user is locked, your Java Stack seems stopped.

Unlock the user in ABAP stack and reset the password if you do not remember it. If you reset the password, you would need to maintain the same in Config Tool under secure store.

http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/EP/ToResetAdministratorPasswordthroughConfigTool

Once done, start your system and then try excuting the transaction again.

Also, make sure that the initial configurations have been complete in NWA, the exchange profile is maintained correctly and the host file entry is maintained in your local host file.

Hope this helps.

HI all

I was able to change password and deploy the remaining java support stack.

But I am still not able to solve below error

500 Internal Server Error

Error: "Application error occurred during the request processing."

Troubleshooting Guide https://sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/wiki?path=/display/jsts/home

Details: "The WebApplicationException log ID is [0024E87A5BCD00730000000000000B98]."

Any one kindly help. I read some changes in Exchange profile has to be done but don't know what exactly.

And even I am not able to access exchange profile path http://<host:port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/com.sap.xi.exprofui/XIProfileApp

It gives same error as"500 Internal Server Error"

I kept on having the exact same error as yours. I was using Firefox.

If I use Internet Explorer, it works fine...

so, in my case, problem is with Firefox.

Hi

Try restarting the java engine. Perhaps some of the sld related services did not fully start after the SP upgrade.

Hi

Check if the user 'SLD_CL_PI7' is locked in trx SU01.

Can you call the URL directly - http://<host>:<port>/sld. Does this give the same error?

Hello

Is your SLD installed on the same host as PI or on a different host? If on a different host, check if that system is available.
