SAPGUI Java Mac OS X 7.20 rev 6.1 hangs in SOLAR02 when displaying web link

Hello,

I'm having a problem with the SAPGUI client for Mac OSX, version 7.20 rev 6.1. When I double-click a web link in the Gen. Documentation tab of a node in SOLAR02 in Solution Manager a message box pops up and disappears (too quickly for me to read it) and then the SAPGUI session hangs and I have to force quit. I'm not even able to generate new sessions or log in to other systems when this happens.

I had the same problem in rev 5 and installed rev 6.1 hoping it would help, but so far it has not. I can provide a screenshot if needed.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I do not have authorization to complete an official bug report. I will see if I can get someone at my client to report the bug.

please generate a trace file while reproducing the issue like described in [note 683960|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/683960], create an [official bug report|https://service.sap.com/message] on component BC-FES-JAV and attach the trace file.
