I am new in SD. I am getting a problem while saving a Sales Order. In the line item level I am giving the order quantity as 1, but when i click the line item and go to the item level conditions, the quantity is not coming there. Further the whole item level condition screen at VA01 is gryed out, I cannot even do the analysis. Please help.
It might be with pricing procedure determination problem check which pricing procedure is coming in to that sale order check at header level sales data tab under pricing and status tab you can see pricing procedure , if not goto V/08 there according to your requirement create your own procedure and come to T.code OVKK there assign your pricing procedure to your sales area + document pricing procedure + customer procedure.
