Can anyone please give the document/guide for DB 9.7 to Oracle 11.2 migration on NW 7.0 EHP1.

This is done with an heterogeneous system copy. Read the documentation.

Also, OS/DB migrations of productive systems have to be done by a Certified Consultant, read the FAQ's
