Hi All.

I have created alerts and they r triggered successfully for the alert condition not relevant. (both sender and receiver interfaces by using * )

I am also able to put alert condition 'yes' and put the sender interface and trigger alert,

How evrer when I created another rule to trigger alert for receiver interface it is unable to trigger the alert..

Any idea y?

its possible that number of alerts that alert could generate has bypassed or you need to clear the alerts from inbox.

Best practise is to use an alert with universal character ' * '.

I have also cleared the inbox, and re triggered the msg to send the alert, but the result is the same... no alert...

when I change to sender details.. it triggers...

has ne one face a similar probllem?

Please check how you message is getting failed to triger the alert. It must faile after determining the reciever interface in pipeline steps.

Check in moni. and make it fail after interface determinmation step ( try failing it at Integration engine : mapping)

The message is failing at the receiver channel as I have ntentionally placed a wrong clien tin the rfc rcvr adapter..

so the error is for sure... how ever the alert does not trigger...

ne idea?
