Object requested locked by user WF-BATCH - SMQ2

Hi All,

We have done a IDOC to File scenario.

Here we have to collect IDOCs for 30 mins and then do the mapping.

We have used BPM to collect the IDOCs.

The Interfaces are working fine in Dev and QA environment.

When we have transported to production and triggered IDOCs the messages are getting stuck in inbound queue.

The BPM step is completed successfully.After the Message is out from BPM it is getting stuck in inbound queue.

When we try to release the queue we are getting system error status with error Object requested locked locked by user WF-BATCH.

Any idea on how to resolve this.

Hello,

First check in SM12 is there any object locked..deleted locked objects then try to unlock your locked queue.
