Background job to clear ccms alerts

Is there any background job to clear ccms alerts in RZ20?

There is no background job to clear this. This has to be done manually.

Hi,

You would need to complete the alerts manually. You may select the node under which the alerts are to be completed and then proceed to complete all in one go.

Hi,

If I remember it correct this how you can clear your CCMS alerts.

RZ20 --> Click on Open Alerts Tab --> Edit --> Select All --> Complete all active alerts. This will clear all the open alerts.
