hang when system is idle

Dear All,

I am getting an error WSAECONNRESET Connection reset by peer when the system is idle. If not continuously using, this error occurs. If using continuously, no error.

Although this issue is already posted by others in this forum, this question is not answered.

Check with your network team whether there is a timeout set,

in the firewall or elsewhere.

By the "system" means that client side is idle? If it is, check "rdisp/gui_auto_logout" parameter.

rdisp/gui_auto_logout default value is 0.

all parameter values are same with default value. Only one PC occurs this error in our network.

I don't know why.....

Hello,

if only one PC is having this problem than it seems to be related to this PC. I would suggest to look for differences against other PCs. Check if user does not have personal firewall installed. Also check system log of the user's PC.
