Error message received - Date is after end date of time buckets profile

Hello we are receiving an error message " Date is after end date of time buckets profile ". Does anyone know how to correct this?

We received this error after running a process chain that is attempting to update price from an infocube to a planning book.

Hi,

Check the end date of your Planning Area which is used in the process chain. Also what are you trying to do in this process chain ?

Hi,

If you mean you're trying to update data from infocube to planning area, please check the planning area's initialization information by right click on the planning area in /sapapo/msdp_admin -> "Initialized planning version" (or "Created time series objects"). Check the planning version's initialization horizon, whether it is not long enought? If not, you can run the planning area initialization (without deinitializing it) either in /sapapo/msdp_amin or with report /SAPAPO/TS_PAREA_INITIALIZE.

Since you said you're trying to update data from infocube to "planning bok" which I'm not sure what kind of process it is. But if there's any specific planning book involved here (not planing area), you'll also need to check the planning book's time bucket profile in /sapapo/sdp8b, to see whether it is defined properly.

Best Regards,

Ada

Hi,

"Date is after end date of time bucket profile" (/SAPAPO/OM_TS016) is usually issued if the time horizon defined is greater than

the initialization horizon of the corresponding planning area.So in your case check the periods while loading data from infocube to planning area. The planning area initilaization periods is not within the period which you are using while loading data to planning book.to solve the issue extend theplanning area intialization period.
