Landscape Compatibility when upgrade to Netweaver 7.3

We are upgrading our BI from EHP1 for Netweaver 7.0 to Netweaver 7.3.

Couldn't find any definate compatibility document as to which versions of ECC, SRM, SCM, PI are compatible with Netweaver 7.3 on SAP Market Place.

Gurus do you have any such SAP Note or Document which has this information?
