Need to Trigger Material CIF from BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA

BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA changes same fields as t-code MM02, but BAPI will not fire off CIF and MM02 does.

Need to get BAPI to fire off CIF as well.

Any ideas???

Within an ABAP report we are using BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA to update MRP Controller, but the execution is not firing off the CIF to send the material change to SCM.

When we update the field manually using t-code MM02 the material is CIF'd right away.

Any ideas???

hI

check with debug mode for Above BAPI and also check whether this CIF user trigger or not IF Not then you have check with any enhancement spot and make to trigger for CIF
