During order creation

Respected,

when I am creating a order and entering the value under conditions tab it shows the green signal for first condition then the problem arise that when I am entering second condition it automatically shows the green signal for second condition and a yellow signal in first condition because the reason is Inactive because of subsequent price so how it can be resolved .

THANKS AND REGARDS

Dear AVANISH GULATEE,

I think the 2 conditions you are dealing with are both PRICE condition types.

Is that so?

System will not allow 2 condition type with PRICE.

If we enter 2 condition types with PRICE condition category, only one will be activated(green).

Check and revert back.

Thanks & Regards,

You should change the condition class for one condition type to other than B.

Hi

Since you cannot have more than one pricing condition as active, think about using a surcharge condition type to charge the customer something extra on the value in pricing condition.

Thanks,

Ravi
