What is the add-on?

Hello

In my WDA i put officeControlUI element (ours is MS-Office2010) and binded it with a XSTRING.

But, when i executed my WDA, the input fields, buttons are coming fine, but, the MS-Office Word2010 document is not showing up!!

The box is empty! I am getting the below ribbon on the top of the screen!!

 An add-on for this website failed to run. Check the security settings in the Internet options for potential conflicts 

Pls. let me know What is the Add-on name that we are missing, because, my net-working / help desk folks are asking the specific add-on name to download/install in my machine

What the associated add-on name for OfficeControlUIelement?

Hi,

This does not seems to be issue with WDA. I guess you need to explore IE settings for this.

By chance, any one knows the add-on name, because, my company (for whom i work) networking folks are not ready to install any thing with out specifying the correct add-on name
