observe knldiag

Hello,

in the past (MaxDB 7.5.x) as ERR didn't exist as RTE parameter in the knldiag, i easliy grep for "ERR" within knldiag to be warned when something went wrong. Now (MaxDB 7.6.x) "ERR" exist as parameter and is a standardentry in knldiag.

So i have to precise my grep.

Any recommendations (e.g specific failure numbers) ? Thanks in advance

Uwe

Try

Hi,

...or you might want to look at the 'knldiag.err' file timestamp. Whenever the timestamp changes, either the database has been started to admin mode (a corresponding entry gets written into the error file) or an error has occured.
